Hello community/support,
us and most of our customers are located in germany, so we're using german vowels like ä, ö and ü. Today I've set up a voicemail called "Geschäftszeiten.wav" and so later today our customer complained that the PBX would answer with a default message when calling out of office hours. It took us a while but we figured that the "ä"-character was causing the issue.
I believe it's on 3CX' end to validate the input or - even better actually - fix the issue in its entirety, so that all (or most) UTF-8 characters can actually be used and invalidate the ones that can't be used when filling out the text field.
Our customers' system is running version 18.0 (Build 461). Any updates to this issue would be highly appreciated!
