How do I set up my provider setting to use the information in the RPID header for the caller ID name and number on incoming calls? No matter what I set it seems to always use information in the From header, and the RPID doesn't get forwarded on to the endpoint phone either.
In the Gateway/Provider Inbound Paramaters, there is no field to use the display name part of any header, only the user part.
