Solved Use tunnel when out of office - resets on reboot

I'm a remote user, using the Windows client with 3CX 15.5

To get reliable calls, I need to use the tunnel - however, after reboot, the setting under Settings > Configure Accounts > "Use 3CXTunnel when out of office" will become unchecked.

Is there a known cause for this becoming unchecked on reboot?

THis is a setting in the extension provisioning. You (someone) can change it in the Administrator Console.

Use 3CX Tunnel for remote connections (3CX Client only)

You are quite right! Thanks for the nudge - I was looking at that section, but had failed to notice that I was on my hardware phone's section, rather than the 3CX Client section. Cheers!
