Solved Used "Self Host" option to transition to Azure, lost all configuration data

I used the Self Host option to migrate from 3CX Hosted to Azure, however none of my data has come across.


The backups were done locally on the 3CX hosted instance, but now I can no longer access it as the FQDN is pointing to the new Azure instance - which is effectively blank.

How can I get access back to the 3CX hosted instance to get my config back or obtain the backup?

I note there were no warnings or procedures mentioned when using this function, and it looked nothing like the documentation here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/switch-hosted-pbx/
