Hi

One of our clients 3CX PBX has updated to v18.0, an extension has access to log onto the 3CX Management Console but they can no longer see call logs (They used to be able to click 'Call History' in the middle of the screen and it would take them to the call logs).

I logged on as admin to check their permissions and 'Monitor (Reports, Chat Logs, Call Log & Recordings) is unticked but it won't let me tick it.

Hi @darnell,

Please note this functionality is available on Pro and Enterprise editions. It will be disable if it is Standard.

First of, it could be mentionned. Second, why? THOSE ARE RIGHTS. Not features.

This is gonne be a whole other "Audit Log" issue I feel like...

@Frederick Marcoux exactly they are rights that enable features.

Same scenario as "Schedule Restore" feature that you cannot enable on Standard license.
Schedule Restore would be working with Failover, which makes sense.

Limiting the rights capabilities per license, specially the "Monitor" one, is kinda weird. I do understand that on Std, that person would only have access to call logs (since no reports or recordings on Std) but at least it'd be there.

@darnell, issue addressed and will be fixed in V18 Final.
