User cannot call externally

Hi there,

I have a user on 3CX. He can call extensions and can receive calls however he cannot call external numbers.
I have recreated the extension and he has just installed the 3CX app
Please can I have some support.

Filter on the outbound rules maybe? Do you see any errors in the Event Log related to number dialed?

This is what it says " There was no user or outbound rule found for the number 44******* that Ext.576 dialed "
That is all I see in the event log

Then check your outbound rules filters and prefixes/formats/etc.
