User disappeared from view under admin users section

What can cause a users extension to disappear from an admins view under the users section in the admin portal?

Hi @ElementalWindX

If you are unable to see an extension, under the Users section in the WebClient, that means the extension that is missing has the same or higher group membership rights as the user you are now logged in to.

For example, if extension 100 is a system administrator, and extension 101 is also a system administrator, neither of the two extensions will be able to see the other extension under the Users section.

The same applied to the Management Console.
