Im using the callus plugin on my website, everything its working fine but I dont know if it is possible to know who is calling/chating from the website, I mean, when someone call or chat me from this plugin on my website and 3cx ring, there is an identification code without meaning, and I dont know who is calling. I configure the callus authentication for emails.
