I'm sure this has been covered many time before, but how we cover user photos in all scenarios that isn't 365 or Google integration?
1. A user uploads an inappropriate image - currently you'd have to change their email to something you have access to (or set appropriate permissions so you could view their email), reset their password, log in as them, change the photo, change their email back, and then trigger another password reset.
2. An extension with no email address associated (eg common area), and therefore needs no web access, but does need a user photo for other users.
Would be super useful to allow admins to change user photos from the users profile page in the admin console.
