We have a new user with a factory reset phone that when they press the Voicemail button it goes to a busy signal. I checked the call log and it's going to extension 1107. How can we change it to go to 999?

What type of set? Was it auto, or manually provisioned? Are there other sets, of the same type that are working correctly? Have you tried forcing the set to re-load the provisioning file. The fact that the call is going to a specific number would suggest that either the provisioning template has been modified, or the settings on the set have been changed through the set, or GUI.

Be aware 999 is the emergency services number for the United Kingdom if you have any need to service sites there.

There must be a reason for this also, such as a call forward in place or divert due to status of the extension.

Have you looked at the 3CX Activity Log (not the call log), to see if the call is going direct to that extension?

What model phone? I know some have a field for "Voicemail extension".

Irrelevant here. The phone is dialing the wrong number - so he needs to change it to call the right VM number - in his case 999.

The model phone is: Yealink T48S. It has a physical button called 'Message' which is for voicemail. But when you press it, it goes to busy signal.

The activity log shows it going to number: 1107. Which is very bizarre.

Hello @GenericAccount

When you connect into the T48S, what do you have in : Dsskey -> Programmable key -> Message ??

On the phone GUI, checked Account -> Advanced.
13697

(Programmable Key-> Message on my T48G is blank and not setup for anything)

Make sure that your phone is provisioned using the default 3CX template and that you are running the supported firmware for the phone.
