user with two Extensions

can user in 3CX system have two Extensions number?????

No.

But a phone can have more than 1 extension assigned to it. But, only 1 can be provisioned by 3CX. You'd have to manually add the 2nd one in.

but even it's not supported , you can add manually

what is the purpose of this ? why create 2 extensions for 1 user ?
3CX don't see a difference between user and extension : an extension is a user and vice et versa.
