Solved users getting blacklisted

Hello Everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well, just wanted an opinion on what could be going wrong , after updating from v18 to v20 i have been hearing from one of my clients that at one of the branch ip getting blacklisted and almost every day i have release it from the black list now. Really want to find out what could be the cause of it. Of course customer is telling me that they have saved the credentials in the browsers, thanks a lot.

hello thank you so much for your reply and help on this , just wanted to mention that client has told me that they have saved these credentials in the browsers and never changed anything and it is keep happening , so i m not sure what to say to the client now. so really need to find out what exactly triggering it.thanks again for your help

Have a look in the logs, there you will find more informations. What phones are they using? Is the pbx remote to the phones?

Could be a mobile app with an old/deleted extension, or a misconfigured phone, or phone being set up with incorrect firmware. Does it not show in the event log?

i will look a=in the logs now, they are only using 2 Fanvil x3u phones and pbx is in 3cx enviornment.

The phones need to be on the actual 3cx firmware and provisioned over an sbc.

Hello Everyone , this seems like solved now, i have installed raspberry pi SBC on site and ran the two phones through it and now it seems like no problems.
