I have a few customers that are trying to update their BLF's. The trouble is when they make a change in the web client or the PWA app changes are not published to the server.
They make a change and close the screen but when they re-enter the BLF screen the change is gone and I see no change server side. This is not a new issue I had discovered that clearing the Windows "internet options" browsing history normally cleared this issue up. But it's no longer helping with this issue now.
Anyone else experience this and know how to fix it? Clearing all browsing data does not help.
