Using *30 and *31 on BLF HTEK stopped to work after SP6, how to solve?

You can change your status by using the dial code in the following manner: *3[0-4]. 0 is “Available”, 1 is “Away”, For example, dialing *31 from extension 100, will change the profile status of extension 100 to Away.

This used to work with the phone provisioning BLF functionality in the Extension. We updated to SP6 and now we get a failed, cause: Cause: 486 Busy Here/INVITE from .....

Any idea?

Hi Cloud19,

Ensure that DND is not set to "ON". Go to settings then dial codes (the default DND dial code OFF is *60) Dial *60 to set DND "OFF". I hope this helps.
