Hi

When calling an international number via the 3CX app in Softphone mode, keypresses on the keypad do not seem to register with the IVR at the end we are calling? Am I missing something obvious that we haven't checked or is this not possible when dialling internationally?

Is this happening only when using the 3CX Windows client or does it perhaps apply for any international call?

Do you have any IP Phones configured? Could you perhaps try with those and let us know what happens?

Also, what version of 3CX are you running?

Cheers for the reply!

Have just tested it from a physical handset (Yealink) now too and it also doesn't allow us to do it from that either.
We have tried numerous different Irish numbers with IVRs, so kind of ruled out that it is just a particular number.

We are running version 16.0.9

If all DTMF Input fails for all international calls regardless of the endpoint used(3CX client, IP Phone, etc) but all local calls work just fine, then it sounds like something that has to do with the SIP Provider.

Which provider are you using, is it a 3CX Supported Provider?
