Using 3cx for pstn voice mail

Hi all,

I have been having fun configuring the 3cx server for home use. VOIP is working great. Now I want to try integrating my PSTN line.

I am using a Zoom 5801 FXO/FXS. I would like it to hang off the PSTN and have 3cx pick up the call after 10 rings. Then I can route the call to voice mail.

I am not sure if this type of configuration would work. Any advice?

Yes, should work with no problem, there are lots of options on how 3CX handles incoming calls and which extensions voicemail you want it to go to if unanswered after a given time.
