Softphone Status = Onhook
LAN phone Status = Available (cp-9971)
Inbound = Straight to 3CX voicemail mail, Neither Softphone nor LAN Phone ring, same behavior on both.
Softphone = All features including transfer to LAN Phones (cp-9971) work.
LAN Phones = Transfers LAN to LAN or LAN to Soft not working anymore after 3CX update.

Problem 1: Callcentric (Inbound) work, however it goes directly to 3CX IVR, voicemail. Here is the call log below:

Problem 2: LAN Phone (cp-9971-video) fully working (Video, Internal Transfer, Conference, voicemail shortcuts, backgrounds, logos, etc... in v16) however after last v16 firmware upgrade, call transfers, conference, logos and background get busy signal, effectively, also stopped working, Phone's MAC now show unprovisioned and I am also getting the following error which I never got before see below), I tried backing out of that update, but had no success. for some reason it shows like the extension is busy, since I get a busy tone when I tried to transfer to another extension in the LAN CP-9971 phones. NOTE: Transfer and all feature continue to work in the Softphones.

what does the DID rule look like?
Shorten to 5 or 7 digits and prefix with an asterisk to see if it helps.

I am sorry, I am new to 3CX I probably know it by a different name, where do I find the DID rule?

"Inbound Rules"

Are you in Columbia? Thats where the IP resolves to.

No, that's a dummy IP address just for security reasons, I replaced all valid info with Dummy data. however all the logs are actual 3CX logs today.

Also my npt server is not working.

If before update to V16 everything was working fine, so try a complete reinstall if you have a working backup from V15.5 SP6.
If something went wrong in update, best and sure solution is reinstall

Also my npt server is not working.
Please explain...you are running an NTP server (that is not working) , or your set/server is not able to contact an NTP server? If it is that later, then there may be a network issue that needs to be resolved.

The setting on the SEPxxxxxxxxxx.cnf.xml file.

<dateTimeSetting>
<dateTemplate>M/D/YA</dateTemplate>
<timeZone>Eastern Standard/Daylight Time</timeZone>
<ntps>
<ntp>
<name>pool.ntp.org</name>
<ntpMode>Unicast</ntpMode>
</ntp>
</ntps>
</dateTimeSetting>

I also tried the IP Address still the Date/Time is wrong

10880

I do not have a working backup in v15, however, it was not the v15 update that broke it, when I installed the beta updates, thinks began to not work anymore.

Just weird.

I roll back the phone firmware to the previous update
sip9971.9-4-2SR3-1, and some of the features came back but, no luck on transfer... and now when I dial using the phone headset or speaker, I get a busy signal.

Ok so you have no good backup at all ?
is your 3cx used at home or office? do you have lots of extensions set ?

If home use and not so much extensions , if it was mine, i'll try a manually fresh V16 install from scratch, just keep some settings to do it easier, and your key licence and FQDN.

in past i used a 3cx v12.5 updated each time 3cx give us a new version , once in V15 , Pbx has some bugs and even with 3CX support ticket open we never fix. Bored with that, a weekend i've done a backup and reinstall a fresh v15, restore and worked like a charm until now in v16 SP1
.

Small non-profit farm, Hybrid Business-Home Two separate trunk lines one Business one Home, 1 Sip Carrier 25 Extensions from two trunks, ringing into 8 Physical cp-9971 in 3 buildings. and 6-8 Soft-phones (Android and IPhone)

Issues that I resolved in the last 24 hours, Change cp-9971 SEPXXXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml settings, to previous firmware, inbound call now ring again into the extension based on Callcentric PBX IVR which forwards to 3CX IVR, that is working again.

***Found an article which said to rebuild the SIP trunk and reset extensions, some features returned, but not all. Voicemail Key shortcut is still not functional (It was working prior to the May 16th 2019 update v16U1)

Everything was working great, I kept messing with it... What can you do...

Let me ask you do you have problems provisioning the soft-phones outside your LAN... my keep saying connecting but never connect.

Your pbx is on premise? on cloud?
Phones are all on LAN or STUN or SBC ?

Hybrid-Callcentric PBX handles the code and the choices, since the 3cx Digital Receptionist is not online yet. Once the caller makes a choice the call is forward to on-premises to 3CX, LAN, STUN and the google push.
