Using JustVoip as a SIP provider

Dear members,

I'd like to use JustVoP (http://www.justvoip.com) as a Voip gateway in 3cx but I cannot get it to work. Anyone done this or have any ideas?
They have info about SIP on http://www.justvoip.com/en/sipp.html

We were having same issues and cancelled our account and went to "nexVortex"
Their Technical support was supper, in a few minutes everything was working perfectly..

So up to you to decide I guess...
