using multiple IP Phones

When i’m using multiple IP Phones that support CTI.
i’m getting promoted again and again to choose wich device will be used.
Is it possible to add an option / maybe it’s already exist to save the settings and not promote this message again?

Hello,

There is no option to do that. Each time you launch the 3CXPhone you have to choose an IP phone
