Good Morning:
First off, I'd like to say what a great job 3CX did on this update. SMS was super easy to setup and deploy. And worked pretty much exactly how it was supposed to. My question may have already been answered, so please excuse me if there is an existing thread.
I'm able to receive incoming SMS and reply to those messages successfully across my mobile apps and desktop apps. However, I seemed to have missed the how-to on originating a new SMS message to be sent to the customer. I've been looking today and yesterday to see if there's a usage guide. But all I'm finding is a deployment guide. From the 3CX windows app, I can create a new message, but it's available only for registered extensions. It doesn't allow me to send to an external number.
I'm sure it's something easy that I'm overlooking. Thanks in advance for the help.
