V 14.0.57 default dialer/not recognized phone app

Firmware Version: Android 6.0.1
Testing the client on Galaxy S5. It does not seem be be recognized as a calling/dialing app on this android version. It is not in the list of apps under default applications\calling apps. Likewise, when you select a number to call it is not offered as an app to use to call. A year or so ago a previous version worked fine.

I have uninstalled 3cx, rebooted android, reinstalled but I cannot get it to be recognized as a dialer.
