I have about one dozen remote workers that are all international. My remote workers in Mexico are having unique issues that my other remote extensions are not having.
#1 - if they make or receive a call (extension or PSTN) the call is connected and two way audio is established. however, if the agent puts the caller on hold, then resumes the call, they only have inbound audio, no outbound. repeated attempts to put the call on hold does not change the function, HOWEVER if the other party is another 3cx extension and that party puts the call on hold, then picks it back up, the call is reconnected with two-way audio, even if the call was already one-way audio
#2 - in an attempt to resolve this, I installed the windows application from the Microsoft store. then to apps / windows app / provision. I receive the "do you want to open this link" prompt and I accept, 3cx launches, but the windows app will not register. The same user registers without issue on my US based workstation.
Twilio is the PSTN provider (although I don't think it matters since it's extension to extension. I've attached the options page from this users management page
