V11 Voicemail Message Envelope

Hello,

If I am in my listening to my voice mail messages using my phone (Yealink T32g) how can I hear the envelope information (Time the message was left and originating number)? I had a client as me this and I can't seem to find it.

Those options are in 3CX, under the mailbox settings for the particular extension.

So I gather from what you're saying is that I would need to add this feature to the extension?

Yes, they are an option for each extension, not a system wide option (although there may be a way to do that, I've never looked into it).
