V12 Service Pack 1 Failure

Tried installing Service pack 1 for V12 and had a failure

Fortunately it appears to have rolled back successfully.
Any ideas?????

EventLog.dll is loaded by windows event logs so events can be parsed and read from 3CX Phone System.

Either you have some "dirty remnants" of an old installation on your computer or something still has a valid lock on othe dll. To me this looks like an old version of the dll (version 11).

Use tools like unlocker to see what process is using the DLL. then stop the prcoess (if you can) and perform the update.

You can also try and stop windows event log service, and run file locker again. See if that is the problem.
Restart machine and then perform the update.
