Solved V14 REPORT_URL I need to set it from ip to domain name.

Dear All,

I have set my 3CX URL to domain name : https://3cx.example.com:5001/management but when I downloaded my report, it point to IP url : https://10.1.1.1:5001/management

Could I set it to domain name?

Hi there,

given that you have set the PBX up with external FQDN and Internal IP then if you navigate to Call Reports/Settings then you have the option to choose the link you want.

Can this be done in v15. I'm looking in Call Reports --> Settings and I only see Logo and Clear Report options.

In V15 both links are sent into the report without having to choose which one you want through the management console

Opps... I use Thunderbird for email, and the image button for the external link wasn't showing, so I was only seeing the internal link.
