Hello ,

I have installed today the the v14 for virtual server to host my clients.
Also i created a domain which if i use nslookup it is resolve my public ip.

Next i create an instace . When i login to the console of the instace i try the test button to check it and thats when the problem appears and says that my fqdn is not resolve an ip address.

Can you please help me to do it right

Thank you

Hi,

the FQDN you are using for the Cloud Server might resolve correct to the Public ip address of the Cloud but the self-signed or purchased certificate is wilcard ?
This must be a wildcard certificate in order to cover all instances in form of “ *.contoso.com ”.
The " * " will be replaced from the name of the Instance.
For example one Instance will be " nikos1.contoso.com " another one will be " nikos2.contoso.com " and so on.
