v15.5.5 Welcome emails not sending

Hi all, I have v15.5.5 windows version and I have set up emails settings correctly. I am using Amazon SES. When I test using "Test email" I get a response on the web dashboard and also a test email in my inbox. I also receive notifications if there are any trunk changes etc, so I confirm that the email function is up and running and the credentials are correct.

However, when I highlight an extensions and I click on "send welcome email" nothing happens. I checked spam, and "all mail" but I do not receive this.

Can anyone verify this? Thank You.

Hello @choksw

I sounds like your mailer is blocking emails with attachments. Have you checked your mailers logs? What email are you using?
Have you tried gmail to see if that works for you as a test?
