Currently there is a policy that we cannot change the licence size util we upgrade to v16. We have a lot of CFD flows which are very difficult to migrate for compatibility with v16 so it's not an option for us to do the upgrade, but given the mass adoption of remote workign we may need to upgrade the sim calls.
Do 3CX have any flexibility with this policy given the current worldwide situation?
