v15.5 SP5 Problems

We upgraded to SP5 recently and noticed two problems that are probably related
When we go to the web client we can't delete voice messages. I tried selecting one message or select all messages. The system asked if I want to delete I press ok but the message still stays

The second problem that is probably related is that on Yealink T42S phones voicemail led is blinking, but when user access his voicemail from the phone he gets notification that there are no new messages

Yealinks are running the latest firmware and we tried to factory reset them

I tried to replicate this issue but i was not able to as i can successfully delete voicemail messages through the web client. Can these messages be deleted from the 3CX client for windows?

Make sure that under the phone provisioning settings of the extension the option "Choose how to configure Power LED notifications" is set to Voicemails only and try again .

Its very strange.
I wasn't able to delete messages from web client and had all these issues yesterday.
We restated the server, reset the phones and nothing helped.

This morning everything works ok.
Have no idea why. We didn't change anything. On my ext for example all the messages that I selected to delete yesterday are deleted today.

That is very strange indeed. Keep an eye on it and let us know if the issue re-appears. For now glad to see the issue has been resolved
