V15, can not change or delete extension

I'd be greatful for a hint suggeting a possible cause behind my inability to change or delete particular user extension. All other extensions can be modified but not this one. I can see it, I can change settings but I can not save the changes as OK button does nothing. I have a strong feeing that this is not a bug but the extension is "protected" by some reason. Unfortunately there are no references or hints. Needless to add that I am not skilled enough

Is this operator extension, as this cannot be deleted.

It was initially Operator Exstension, then I created a new one and assigned as operator's. The unchangeable one remained unchangeable.

Please note that supported browsers are Chrome, EDGE and Firefox. Next, make sure that this extension is not an Operator Extension, Settings => PBX => Operator Extension and choose what extension do you need to be an Operator Extension. Then check that extension if has any forwarding rules on extension settings. Please let us know if the problem persists.
