I'm running 3cx in a Hyper-V VM, and since updating to SP4, I've noticed at some point in the day, the cpu usage spikes and maxes out:

I tried restarting the system server and queue manager server but once they stop they will not start again.
What service is "3CXPbsServer" that I can try to restart it?
My only solution now is to restart the entire server. This is on top of the temporary daily reboot workaround that supposedly keeps the crash/fsck at bay.
