I'm running 3cx in a Hyper-V VM, and since updating to SP4, I've noticed at some point in the day, the cpu usage spikes and maxes out:

I tried restarting the system server and queue manager server but once they stop they will not start again.
What service is "3CXPbsServer" that I can try to restart it?
My only solution now is to restart the entire server. This is on top of the temporary daily reboot workaround that supposedly keeps the crash/fsck at bay.

Hello there,
The service is 3CXPhoneSystem01 and is part of the SIP server. You can restart with "service 3CXPhoneSystem01 restart"
you can also restart everything 3CX related with
service nginx stop
service 3CX* stop
service postgresql stop

and then

service postgresql start
service 3CX* start
service nginx start

Also can you please tell us what the specs of your machine are?
Is this happening often? When it happens does the system crash?
Is there a lot of traffic in the system? we can see that queue manager also has high cpu usage.
Does this happen when there is a lot of traffic?

Could you send me a pm so we discuss about this.
Thanks
