V15 Windows Client - Drops Wifi Hub

Hi, I'm using version 15 from my laptop and when i load, my home wifi dies each time. The same issue happens when i try to run the app on my Samsung mobile through the home wifi. Any ideas on what i could try, the hub is a Zyxel NBG4604. Thanks in advance
