V16 and Office 365 Calendar Integration Question

Is 3CX supposed to switch an account status back to "available" when the O365 calendar appointment ends?
My 3CX status correctly switches to DND when my O365 calendar appointment starts but stays on DND after the appointment ends.
Is that expected behavior?

Yes, but still, a CEO/COO/CFO is not going into their 3CX app to set their status back to Available and is now going to be on DND all day for a 30-minute meeting at 8:30 a.m.

People who are not by their desk phone or web client have no visual clue about their 3CX status.

I can see a lot of users pissed off about this.

One of the users called me. Apparently, his status was on DND, but his Yealink T48S phone did not show his DND was on, so the user had no clue he was on DND. He had to log onto his web client to switch DND off. He says a few other users have the same problem.

So, this O365 calendar sync has two issues:

• does not automatically revert users to Available when the meeting is set to end
• does not show correct DND status on users' desk phones.

Now, I can really see a lot of users pissed off about this.

I had this issue too. The phone doesn't seem to get the CSTA request to put on DND.
