v16 ConnectWise Integration Not Working

When I receive a call a new browser tab launches with a ConnectWise Manage URL -

https://eu.myconnectwise.net/v2019_1/ConnectWise.aspx?routeTo=ContactFV&recid=10

But the page does not load just says 'Bad Request'

Anyone else getting this?

The URL is returned by ConnectWise, when 3CX does the contact lookup.

Maybe this is a contact that was synchronized some time ago, and then the Contact URL was created pointing to an endpoint that doesn't exist anymore. In that case, please try removing the contact from 3CX contacts, and make another call.
