V16 EOL

Hi,

Heard about the EOL date for V16. Does this mean I will be able to use the current system v16 till 30 Nov 2022?
I will upgrade it to v18 as I can't have the system down for now as we are in a crucial period of the business.

Hi @Vineeth Mohan,

That's correct. The very last day will be the 30th of November 2022, but I'd suggest upgrading before then if possible.

If you are using 3cx mobile applications, these will not work after 1st May - see post#3 https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/ios-app-with-v16.113760/

We will give a bit more time for the apps, so you would have a bit more time.
