V16 - Grandstream GXP1625

Hi,
after install V16 on windows 10 PC on premise, apply available update concerning FW on Grandstream GXP1625, now phone is in latest FW but impossible to assign to previous extension 215 it was affected to.


CM let me see the phone but nothing else seems to be done.

This phone is on same local subnet as 3CX.

I've done the 3cx v16 upgrade remotely, so now do i need to go on customer side for a factory reset or is there something else i can try remote side ?

Have tried to delete model and mac adress in provisionning file and recreate --> KO
Have tried to factory reset the phone from phone GUI and try to assign to extension --> KO
account status stay always not connected


Phone date and time are good (don't know why time zone is GMT-5, i'm in GMT+1 Paris) but not sure is important

finally I fixed the phone registering by physically unplug the wall phone , tried factory resest on GUI or with keys on the phone unsuccessfuly.
After on off, the phone register himself but strange thing, status was on NPD instead of being always available, this extension never change based on time

Hello @aws2p

Check the IP blacklist in case the phones IP got blacklisted by accident. Also select the extension from the extensions tab and check the status. If that fails try to dial *3 to set the extension to Available

phone wasn't in ip blacklist but stayed unregistred infinitely. for phone status my question is about why phone change alone to DND , thanks for short code to force available status

It is the extension that has the status set. If a phone is provisioned to an extensions that is in DND then it will assume the same status.

Yes , you are right , but my case is extension 215 is available anytime but in v16 upgrade status it becomes alone to DND, that's what i've got and don't know why.
i've seen other thread relating extension to DND since V16 upgrade, perhaps is the same it occurs for me
