Hello@Everyone,

with the removal of call queues in v16 i am unable to find a way to assign music on hold for incomming calls. MOH is played only if a call is placed on hold.

Is there an official way to accomplish moh on incoming calls?

Cheers,
Markus

You can try using an IVR, but I'd say Queues are the best for this.

Hello Frederick,

thanks i will give it a try - queues are no longer an option in v16 beeing removed and such ;)
Apart from that i agree queues would be best for this.

Q are always in commercial Licence, if you have one PRO or ENT version, of course if STD or free no more Q

Sorry, but I don't think IVR can do the job to replace waiting time in Q with MOH

No but you can try to create a fake timer that plays music until the timeout, then transfer to ring group or extension.

Obviously, buying a Pro license is still better since you get all the features of Q.

Yup, stumbled upon the ivr trick - not very elegant though.
Thx anyways - i guess i´ll just have to live with it for now.
cheers,
Markus
