v16 to v18 failed.

While doing the upgrade the install failed. We are behind a proxy. I recreated a server on v16 to try to get the system back online however I am still running into errors with this. This is my latest error.

Looks like you might have made edits to the install. Best take backup and do a new install and then restore.....

I had to add proxy settings so the software can go and pull in the proper installs. what I have done has worked in the past but for some reason it is failing this time.

Also I have a backup and this is what I am trying to do is rebuild the server to v16.

Did you use the 3CX ISO to deploy? Also, is there a way you could bypass the proxy to confirm it's not contributing to the issue?
