V16 Update 4 Chrome Extension open on startup

Hi

Love the new 3CX (V16 Update 4 Chrome) Extension. Is there anyway to launch on startup of windows? Currently users have to open Chrome and click on the Phone Icon to launch the extensions and make a call. When someone calls you it opens and pops up. If this can happen, I think we could stop using the old Windows client. I have tried a few things, but just can make it open on logging in and starting windows.

I don't know if you can put an extension as a desktop shortcut or to lauch when wndows starts but here, we use the Chrome desktop shortcut : https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/web-voip-client-app/ since users have to open the webclient if they want to search in contacts, recent calls or chat.. Then we tell user to launch webclient with that shortcut and extension is coming with !

On our upcoming release, part of the features that will be included on Chrome Extension will be the keyboard shortcuts.

As a result if you specify a key combination of opening the 3CX Chrome Extension with accessibility scope "Global" then the extension will open up, and there will be no need for opening Chrome.

Hi. That would be good, would still be good to to launch during windows starting up.

It's already loading on windows startup due to the fact that is background service.

The thing is that you will not see the window on your taskbar until you press a shortcut or open it from Chrome.
