V16U3-Linux - Share Sound Recording

We are looking for a way to distribute our monthly Safety meeting recording to all of our users. Normally we would just hold the meeting and watch the video but with the virus situation this is not an option. Many of our user work in our production facility and do not have a computer but they do have access to 3cx via mobile app.
Is there any way that we can upload a 10-15 min recording and give our users the ability to listen to it via the 3cx mobile app?

You could get the audio only (up to 100MB) and put it on an IVR?

Thanks for the info. I had though about that but I could have swore somewhere I read the IVR limit was a couple minutes.
I converted the file to a WAV with Audacity as directed from the 3CX support page and was able to upload it as a unnamed IVR entry. Seems to be working fine.
