I'm using the v18 3CX Desktop App in full size view. If I close and restart the application, then it remembers the window size and starts full screen. If I do a reboot it starts as small window.

OS: Windows 10 Pro 20H2
3CX Desktop App: 18.3.33

Hi @HExSM,

Go ahead and open up this file: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\3CXDesktopApp\main-window-state.json

Then open the Desktop app, change its size and then close it. You should see the variables changing.

Hi @VasilisV_3CX,

seems I was wrong and it is working now. You can close the thread. Thank you anyway :)

Hi @HExSM,

Let's try a little experiment. With the App open, in the System Tray, right click the 3CX Desktop App icon and select preferences, uncheck Launch at Login.

Close the Desktop App and exit it from the System Tray. It will have updated the .json file now. Open the .json file mentioned previously. Set the values of the height and width to something you'll remember (e.g 1000x1000). Open the Desktop App, double check that it is in fact a 1000x1000 app window. Close the Desktop App once again and exit from the System Tray.

Restart the PC, before launching the Desktop App, open the .json file. Is it still 1000x1000?

Hi @VasilisV_3CX,

I have investigated the problem further. It seems that the value for "isMaximized" is reset to "false" if the 3CX Client window is minimized or closed before shutting down the application.

Thanks @HExSM !

We shall look into this and see what we can do about it.
