V18 on Azure to 3cx hosted

Looking at moving from Self Hosted (Azure) to 3cx hosted.

When I go into the portal and click switch to hosted it gives me a message "KEY HAS NO HOSTING AVAILABLE"

I see that i can purchase the upgrade. If i do that will this effect the current install and do I have a time frame to switch over to Hosted?

Has anyone done this move and what should we expect for downtime?

Have not done it myself. Pro keys have a 6 hour TTL; Enterprise 5 minutes.

I would expect no time limit; the hosting should be good through the license expiration date.

To have an option to Switch to Hosted, you must first upgrade your subscription to add hosting.
The cost is calculated until the current expiry date, and the next renewal will automatically include hosting.

When migrating to hosted, some downtime is expected, as the new system was created. The downtime will depend on the size of the system. For more details, see How to Migrate to 3CX Hosted.
