v18 - recordings not budging

Hi all

i've got a v18 instance I want to upgrade to v20 taking it from Windows to Debian.

Currently recordings are in C:\recordings

i've done the move all to archive but the size stated and in the folder is still 60GB.

What can I do to reflag these recordings so the system archives them?

Alternatively, If I uninstall 3CX and reinstall v20 Windows 3CX will it keep that directory or remove it?

Archiving manually works - it must be the older recordings and ill be damned if im going to click next to get to page 545312 to archive..

Call Recordings still are not moving and I have no way of navigating to the end of the pages of recordings easily.

I'm waiting for someone else to provide a 3CX-only suggestion. Barring any useful suggestions, we can discuss how our 3CX Recording Manager tool can help. We have an import tool that would allow you to simply copy the files to a new server and exclude them from your 3CX backup. We also have separate retention policies for both original and archived recordings to help you managing your storage. We also compress archived recordings to 1/4 of the original size without any noticeable loss in audio quality. Finally, we have some AWESOME AI features too.
