V18 to V20

I do not have the latest V18 and need to upgrade to V20, I can't find the latest V18 download in order to complete this task, can someone direct me to the latest V18?

Which v18 do you currently use? You should be able to update from the Mgmt console if you had .35 build.

You don't need the latest version of 18. Just your backup. Then install v20 and use the backup from v18.

I can't update my V18 because the license has expired before I updated, it now will not update the license info to allow update. I can't restore the backup to V20 because my version 18 doesn't have the option to add the administrator user. So I need to ISO of the latest V18 before it is unsupported in September and I have to build from scratch. I am unsuccessful to find the V18 latest build ISO

Shit you're that late on the updates? Why?????

It was clear enough multiple times that you should be on the latest v18.

Guess what! You're screwed.

Maybe 3CX support can help, but honestly, it may be easier to start from scratch.

Its a customer I inherited, It all good, just have to work through the steps I have done it before. It would be nice if 3CX gave all resources to partners atleast instead of hours searching.

FWIW that’s close but there was never an ISO for 18.0.9.35 so that should be .31. Ergo it still may not activate.
