v18 U5 not presented in 3cx Updates from Console

I'm currently running v18 U4 build (Build 965) and trying to update to U5. Logging into 3cx Console and clicking updates, I'm greeted with "Your System is Up To Date". Knowing it's not, I click on the gear icon to force the updates page and no updates are Presented.
Checking the DOWNLOADS_URL parameter, it points to: https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v180
I've restarted server and services, but still no go. I was able to get to U4, but not past. Firewall check all good.
Any help resolving is appreciated.

Did you get any email after the update failed?

The update doesn't show as being available to install so I can't initiate an U5 update. System reports, ""Your System is Up To Date". While also showing I'm on 18.0 Update 4 (Build 965).
It's not a case where U5 is failing. The issue is The system apparently thinks it's current, and doesn't offer U5 as an update.
