V18 Update 3 (Build 450) not listed under Management Console

We are running 3cx phone system on Windows and current version is v18 Update 2 (Build 307) and need updated to V18 Update 3 (Build 450)

Unfortunately the latest update is not showing under Management Console’s Dashboard and I couldn’t figure out a way to manually download the hotfix. Is there any way I could download the update file for V18 Update 3 Build 450.

Hi!

Log into your 3CX Management Console and go to Settings --> Parameters and search for "DOWNLOADS_URL", what value does this parameter have?

download_url value is https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v180

Under updates I can see a different version available but not the hotfix.

I would recommend you do the update - they are often sequential so after 1 is applied the next one will show.
