  1. 3cx v18 to v20 Update failure

    i am having issue with the update whenever i try to update from the 3cx dashboard it logs me out without an error and the next day I am still on V18. my 3cx is hosted on AWS lightsail and has 2GB ram 2cpu and 40Gb storage, anyone facing similar issue?

  8. one way audio after update from v16 to v18

    Hi guys, Last night I updated the 3cx v16 to v18 and as a result when remote stun users called each other, they would have one way audio When they called at the HQ where the pbx is located it was working properly I restored the VM back to v16 and everything was back to normal. Any ideas ?
