Solved v18 Upgrade option not visible

Hello everyone,

I've got a 3CX system running on a Raspberry Pi 4 which I haven't had the opportunity to upgrade it to v18 because the client is a heavy user. I thought I'd take the opportunity between Christmas and New Year when they're closed to finally upgrade this system. However, the v18 upgrade was replaced with v16 8A which I have installed but it's now not giving me the option to upgrade to v18!

Is there a way to manually push this upgrade?

The Pi4 is already a Debian 10 so you will not see the update from Debian 9 to 10, also since this is still version 16 on Debian 10 the downloads URL will need to be changed within the system to be able to see the update from 16 to 18.

To do this:

1. Navigate to management console > settings > parameters
2. Search for downloads_url and open the parameter
3. Under the value change the path from
https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v160
to
https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/v180
4. and press OK

Navigate back to the Dashboard and click on the Blue updates box, you should now see the update in the updates section.
