V18 Upgrade pre-check fails when using Google Cloud Monitoring

I tried our first V18 upgrade this morning which failed pre-check due to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-cloud-monitoring.list being present as an 'uncommon' source.

Does this mean that any upgrade will fail when Google Cloud Monitoring has been enabled (which I would say is anything but uncommon)?

If so, are there any good reasons why I can't simply remove that source and re-add it after the upgrade?

give it a shot, due to the CDN sync it might take longer for your edge pot to have the latest version, for us it looks good now...
