v18 Web client unable to set make calls to desktop app

As the title says, in the webclient I cant set it to make calls through the desktop app, is there a way of doing this or is it like this by design?

What is your use case in this scenario?

The Desktop App serves as an installable standalone app similar to the Web Client, meaning you don't need to have the Web Client open at the same time.

sorry, I thought this desktop app was to replace the windows client.

Hi @steinpag,

No problem, the Desktop App is a standalone Web Client style app. The Windows Client (3CX Windows App) is still available for installation and use. The Desktop App replaces the Browser Extension.
